QA/Testers
Location : Dallas TX
Duration – 1 year +

JD for QA/Testers (all should be experienced with automated testing tools)

Experience with automated acceptance testing, integration testing and performance testing
Strong test planning
Tool experience with tools such as FitNesse, Selenium, Soap UI, Winrunner, Load Runner, etc.
Experience testing on multiple browsers

ALL ROLES – must WANT to work in an agile methodology, helping to define and improve.


Position #2

Position:Oracle Life Science Hub
Location:Rockville, MD
Duration: 8 months


Start:                     Immediate


Comm:                 Excellent written and oral presentation; must be seen as an expert that guides the business

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • LSH Blueprinting & Implementation experience
  • Program Manage LSH Phase 1 
  • Individual should be able to question Oracle on suggested approach, timelines etc.

Position #3

Position:Agile Project Manager (APM)
Location : Dallas TX
Duration – 1 year +

Summary
• Facilitates agile ceremonies
• Ensures teams risk management occurs
• Responsible for dependency management
• Represents team's commitments but does not make them
• Champions agile values, principles and practices
• Does not assign tasks – enables self organization
• Removes impediments
• Embodies Servant Leadership

Overall Purpose: Conducts end to end project management activities and leads one or more delivery teams to
successfully deliver complex projects which may span multiple regions, functions and or business units.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Leads delivery teams to deliver quality working tested software each iteration.
• Facilitates agile ceremonies including Release Planning, Iteration Planning, Demonstrations and
Retrospectives.
• Works to closely with the Product Owner and Product analyst to help team understand the vision and
roadmap.
• Participates in Product Definition team to help groom and prioritize the backlog as well as prepare
stories to the right level for the delivery team.
• Responsible for ensuring risk, change and dependency management are effective. Tracks and reports
on project schedule and cost and communicates to Program office and stakeholders.
• Ensures timely decision making occurs at the appropriate level and that escalation is done as
necessary.
• Mentors the team on agile values, principles and practices.
• Acts as liaison with regions, IT, vendors and others as needed, providing communication and status
regarding the progress of the project.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor Degree or related experience preferred
• Experience: At least 3-5 years related experience preferred with agile experience a plus.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Skills:
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Strong facilitation and leadership skills
• Able to adapt to change and lead others through change



Position #4

Position #5

Product Analyst
Duration : 1 year +
Location : Dallas,TX

Summary
• Represents the product owner day to day with the team
• Conveys the product vision and goals
• Assists with backlog management activities
• Understands and validates acceptances of stories
• Takes user stories to the next level of detail with team through such things as modeling exercises,
business rule definition, etc.

Overall Purpose: Works closely with the Product Owner to understand the product vision and roadmap, to
define the features and functionality within the roadmap, and ensures that the product being delivered meets
the needs of the customer.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Shares the Product Vision and roadmap with the delivery team
• Leads team through detailed system and business process analysis
• Ensures enhancements and solutions positively contribute to, expand upon and do not conflict with
overarching web business strategy.
• Grooms backlog of features to ensure ready for iteration planning sessions including documenting
acceptance criteria, business rules and other models needed by teams
• Defines As-Is and To-Be process flows to identify gaps and new requirements.
• Assists in authoring/co-authoring business cases; identifies opportunities for future enhancements and
modifications.
• Authors UAT scenarios, reviews test plans with team to ensure product will meet all acceptance criteria
and may perform testing as necessary for team to meet iteration goals.
• Able to communicate to internal and external stakeholder groups information
• about current product and areas of subject matter expertise, including Release presentations and
special Sales/Service Manager presentations, as needed
• Assists communications team with official Training and Communications

o Business case
o Product Backlog
o Product Capabilities document
o UAT scripts
• UAT test data requirements
o Post production validation

Qualifications:
• At least 2-3 years related experience in an agile environment.
• Knowledge and experience with various modeling technique such as business process modeling
• Strong analytical skills; ability to solve complex problems
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skill
• Able to adapt to change; able to shift gears and change direction on projects
Differentiators:


Significant experience in a B2B software environment; detailed understanding of
B2B-centric constraints, considerations and opportunities
Demonstrated experience defining business process improvements
Experience working with ATG eCommerce software.
