Or yeh is purpose k liye hota hay k government country ki jo exports hain unko increase karna chahti ho… it means jab apki money ki value kam ho gi as compared to other countries tou dosray country k log prefer karain gay k apki country se products at cheap rates purchase karain,,, for example china ka generator ho or japan ka generator ho..Pakistan main china k generator approx 20000 tak ka ajata or japan ka generator above 100000 main ata hay… tou Pakistani china k generator ko prefer karain gay…. Q k voh sasta mil raha hay…(yaad rahay k hum quality devaluation main discuss nahi kartay)
Devaluation ka ek or purpose yeh b hota hay k jo domestic products hain unko demand bharh jati hay.
China ka generator china k liye tou unki domestic product hay tou uski export bharh gai hay…. Yani demand ziada ho gai hay….
Government apni currency ko devalute karti hay through selling its currency and by purchasing the other currency….
REVLUATION:
Revaluation is just opposite to devaluation to some extent. Voh tarika jis main kisi country ki currcny ki price increase ho jaye other countries k muqablay main. Or yeh government tab karti hay jab voh yeh chahti hay k exports ki price increase kar jaye and forign imports ki price kam ho jaye.
Undesired trade surplus:
Voh trade surplus hota hay jis main yeh condition ho
Imports > exports
Or revaluation karnay ka jo method hota hay us k according govt. nation ki currency ko buy kar leti hay ya jo foreign currency hoti hay usko sell out karti hay.
