::::|| VU ||:::: IMPACT OF SOFT DRINKS ON HEALTH

Soft drinks have adverse impacts on health. In sodas, Sodium Benzoate is used as preservative which can cause asthama due to which 11 Americans die for every day.

Colas found to be contained high levels of phosphoric acid, which is attributed to formation of stones in kidneys and other renal problems.

Consuming soft drinks can lead to obesity. In addition to tooth enamel dissolve due to sugar and acid in soft drinks, high fructose corn syrup has been associated with an increased risk of metabolic syndrom which ultimately leads to both diabetes and heart disease.

Plastic used in manufacturing soft drink cans can cause premature puberty and reproductive abnormalities. Soft drinks are also accounts for increased risk of osteoporosis.
