     1-Happy meal company use cost leadership strategy where the measure of supplier bargaining power is 22%. Happy meal company get high bargaining power of suppliers, it happens when suppliers give best quality thing to the happy meal company.

     2-Happy meal company use cost leadership strategy because company gives 32% value added benefit for the customer, so they purchase goods easily and comfortably.

     3-Happy meal company use cost leadership strategy where company has 25% marketing and sales tactics. For use these tactics happy meal get high sale of product due to good marketing of products and trust of customers.

     4-Happy meal have 45% brand loyalty in the market, because happy meal give good and better product in the market and consumer purchase these products regularly. Happy meal get consumer brand loyal with worked hard which raise 45% to 75% accordingly.

(in this strategy getting standard goal for development of things which are rare in the business/industry)

     1. Top shot company have higher supplier bargaining power 35% with comparison to happy meal, top shot use differentiation strategy for giving better product to the customer and get monopoly market with the help of supplier bargaining power please.

     2. Top shot company have 71% value added benefits for customer with comparison to happy meal and use differentiation strategy for satisfaction of customer in different ways like online orders, free home delivery and 24 hours services etc.

     3. Top shot have greater then happy meal 69% of marketing and sales tactics. Top shot use differentiation strategy to provide customer good and better product by using new and latest ways of marketing and sales tactics.

     4. Top shot have better percentage then happy meal 75% of brand loyalty. Top shot win consumer trust by giving new and rare products, which customer prefer to purchase repeatedly.
